English Muffin Recipe
Hey. I figured I’d just post the link to the recipe I mentioned below. I should probably start doing this whenever I post pictures of food, but since it isn’t my recipe and I didn’t alter it, I didn’t want to pass it off as my own. As I mentioned in my comments on the website, I thought they came a bit dense (some nooks and crannies, but there could have been more), but it could have been something I did during cooking. The recipe calls for an hour rise after forming the muffins. Maybe a slightly longer rise would help. Also, i had some wheat in my starter which could have thrown things off a bit.
Overall a pretty good recipe though. They pretty much have to be toasted, but that’s how English Muffins are.
