Dry Spell

I haven’t been writing. I haven’t been posting either. Or reading other blogs. Or doing anything really.

Even when I sit down to read a book, I can only manage a few pages before drifting off. I’m not sure what it is, but I have a feeling it is due to the start of my student teaching, only a week away at this point.

With the start of student teaching, I will probably post less often than I have this summer. I’m sure I’ll manage a few posts a week still, but I’ll play it by ear. I still hope to have my new website up soon, but that has been unexpectedly delayed due to my brother’s new graphics job.

Anyway, just checking in.

Sorry to hear that, Oni. It seems my muse has passed the bug on to your muse. I wonder what they were up to o_O

Well sorry to hear about the dry spell, but I have no doubt it will go away. “This too shall pass” and when it does we will be here to read as always.

Just in case you haven’t heard Jason is doing another contest. That will get you going.

Brilliantdonkey beat me to that! Go see Jason’s new contest, Oni, and I am sure your muse will be back in action.

Maybe it’s cause you’re nervous. If you’re anything like me, after you’ve spent some time not writing you’ll come back in flare. You’ll be okay. 😀

Good luck with the student teaching! Don’t forget to tell us how it went. 😀

Hey, thanks everybody. Yeah, I’m sure it will pass. It always does. I’m gonna go check out that contest. Thanks for the heads up.

I really have to work through blogger slumps. See you when you come back.

I shouldn’t be gone too long. Just shell shocked with the newness of student teaching. I’m sure it will wear off after a couple weeks, and I’ll get back to my normal routines.
