A day or two ago I resubmitted my story “Drugged” to the magazine Son and Foe. They are a professionally paying mag, though most of their content seems to be online as well as print format. I like the look of this magazine and hope they like the look of my story. My classes for

I tried my story, “Drugged” out at Chizine, but it was quickly rejected. The editor gave me good feedback, saying he liked it but thought it was too short. Fair enough. I’ll have to try this one someplace else.

For the first time in my writing career, I have removed one of my own submissions from a market. I submitted a story entitled, “Drugged,” to a market in December and have yet to receive word. I hesitate to mention the name of the market because I don’t want to give it bad publicity. So,
